The strongest buying signal there is: they came to you. Put one small script on your own website and Diurno HQ watches for visits from the companies you track — each match becomes a scored, first-party signal on that account, feeding the same brief, queue, and alerts as everything else.

Matched visits appear on the account as a “Visited your website” signal — one per day, refreshed as they browse — and raise the Event score via a scoring rule you can tune like any other.

How matching stays honest

• Network domain only. A visit matches an account only when the visitor network's reverse-DNS domain equals that account's domain (vpn3.acme.com → acme.com). No probabilistic “identity graphs,” no guessing.
• ISPs never match. Home broadband, mobile carriers, and cloud providers are on a block list — a Comcast address is an anonymous visitor, honestly counted, never attributed.
• Privacy by construction. Visitor IPs are hashed before storage; Diurno HQ keeps the network's hostname, never the address.
• Expect partial coverage. Only office networks and VPNs resolve to company domains — that's the honest ceiling of this technique everywhere, whatever other tools imply. What does match is rock-solid.

Email opens and clicks

The same first-party idea applies to email you send from Diurno HQ: every outbound message carries an invisible open beacon, and links route through a signed redirect (the visible link text is always the true destination). A click is real engagement tied to a known person — it creates a scored signal and shows as a green chip on the Sent tab. An open shows as a quiet chip only: mail apps auto-open messages, so Diurno HQ displays opens but never scores them.
