Diurno HQ is priced by the size of the universe you monitor — accounts, not seats — so a whole team can work the same market without per-user penalties. Everything about your plan lives in SettingsPlan & Billing: the plan you're on, what it includes, and live usage against its limits.

Two research lanes, one bill

Plan price and research spend are separate things, and there are two ways research gets done:

Free overnight lane — included in every plan. Your monitored universe is refreshed on the nightly agent run at no metered cost. This does the bulk of the work.
Instant lane — on-demand, “research this one now” (before a call, on a fresh company). It uses a metered provider, so each plan includes a monthly allowance.

Instant-research allowance

Each plan includes 150 instant researches per seat, per month, pooled across your whole team, up to a 3,000 / month ceiling per organization:

You never hit a wall

Reaching your instant allowance doesn't stop research — extra work is handled on the free overnight lane and lands by morning, at no extra charge. The allowance only governs how much you can jump the line for same-minute results.

The pilot

The $5,000, 90-day pilot is the low-risk way in: 500 target accounts, your ICP, personas, and competitors configured, full trigger briefs on every hot account. Convert to an annual plan and the pilot fee is credited toward the contract. The billing tab shows days remaining and says so plainly when a pilot lapses.

The pilot guarantee

If Diurno HQ identifies fewer than 10 qualified buying events in your 90-day pilot, we extend monitoring another 90 days at no cost. It's a service-output commitment — the exact terms live on the Terms page.

Managing your plan

Limits — the tab shows usage bars for monitored accounts and seats, so you can see headroom at a glance.
Changing plans — compare tiers on the pricing page and reach out from there; owners see the full catalog inline and can start the change.
Overages — accounts and seats are hard caps (upgrade to add more); instant research past your allowance is handled on the free lane rather than billing you by surprise.
