Scoring, automations, enrichment, integrations, intent model, team, billing.

Settings is where you tune how Diurno HQ thinks for the current workspace. Seven tabs; here's the map, with links to the guides that use each one.

TabWhat lives there
ScoringPriority-band thresholds, the Daily Brief size (how many companies Today surfaces), how fast old evidence fades (decay), and the scoring rules themselves — each rule's points, on/off switch, and description. After big changes hit Rescore all accounts (top right). See How scoring works.
AutomationsWhen-this-then-that rules with firing history. See Set up automations.
EnrichmentYour question columns — add, run for every account, delete. Same questions as the Enrichment Grid.
IntegrationsEverything that connects Diurno HQ to the outside world, owner/admin only. Email sending — sending hours in your timezone, the daily send cap, and a live SPF/DKIM/DMARC check on your sending domain. Notifications — a Slack webhook for morning-brief digests and urgent alerts, plus a signed outbound webhook for your own systems. Your website — the tracking snippet that turns visits from tracked companies into scored signals (how it works). HubSpot and OnePageCRM — credentials and connection tests (connect your CRM).
Intent modelWhat this workspace sells, who buys it (personas), competitors, qualification criteria, metros, and guidance for the research agent. This is the brain research reads before every job.
TeamFull team management: invite teammates, change roles, restrict which workspaces each person can see (nothing selected = all), and deactivate accounts — with guardrails (only owners manage owners; the last owner can't be removed). Also home to your preferences: the Daily Brief email switch with its test button, and which app your call buttons open (your computer's calling app — OpenPhone, Quo, FaceTime — or Google Voice).
Plan & BillingYour plan, limits, and usage — see Plans & billing.

Changed thresholds or rules?

Scores are recomputed when evidence changes — after editing thresholds or rule points, click Rescore all accounts so every account reflects the new model immediately.
