What changed and what to do about it — deduplicated, newest first.
Alerts tell you what changed and what to do about it: score jumps, band changes, leadership moves, new competitor evidence, automation firings. They're deduplicated — the same underlying event never alerts twice.
Severity
| Level | Use |
|---|---|
| critical | Act today — e.g. a hot account crossed into Immediate Outreach. |
| high | Important — e.g. a leadership move at a target account. |
| info | Good to know — smaller score changes, agent summaries. |
Each alert shows a recommended action and links to the account. Dismiss clears one; Mark all read clears the badge. The bell badge in the sidebar counts unread alerts.
