Alerts
What changed and what to do about it — deduplicated, newest first.
Alerts tell you what changed and what to do about it: score jumps, band changes, leadership moves, new competitor evidence, automation firings. They're deduplicated — the same kind of alert for the same account doesn't repeat within a week. A Call now or Call this week alert lists the evidence the score counts under “Latest sourced signals” and puts any lead with no source, or marked Needs Verification, separately under “Unverified leads (no source or unconfirmed — not part of the score)”. If a step of the nightly pass couldn't run for a workspace, an info alert says which steps were skipped: when the rescore or the quiet-account follow-ups couldn't read a setting (automation rules, sales plays or score-decay settings) it points you there; for every other failed step it says the problem is on our side, that it has been logged, and that the steps are tried again on the next daily run.

Each alert shows a recommended action and links to the account. Mark read marks it seen, Mark done files it under the Done status filter, and Dismiss clears it — a new critical alert instead shows a labelled Acknowledge button (it marks the alert read) and can't be dismissed until it's acknowledged. Clear routine alerts (top right) works in bulk by severity — Mark info alerts read, Mark high + info read, or Dismiss info alerts (which asks first) — shows counts while the list is unfiltered and under 100 alerts, reports what it did in a toast, and never touches critical alerts: those stay pinned at the top until you acknowledge each one, so clearing the noise can't bury the alert that matters.
The critical banner counts open critical alerts across the whole workspace, whatever filters you have on — and offers Show them when your filters are hiding them. The list shows the newest 100 and says so when it's capped. The bell badge in the sidebar counts unread alerts exactly up to 99, then reads 99+.
